Privacy Policy for Triple Twenty

Triple Twenty ("the App") is developed by Brian Renak. This privacy policy explains how the App handles your information.

Information We Collect

Triple Twenty collects minimal data, all of which stays on your device:

• Player Names — You enter player names when setting up matches. These are stored locally on your device and are never sent to external servers.
• Match History — Game results, scores, and dart throw data are stored locally on your device for your statistics and match history features.
• Preferences — Your settings (sound preferences, selected voice, last-used game mode) are stored locally on your device.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following Apple services:

• Apple Game Center — If you use multiplayer features, your Game Center display name and game state data (match configuration, scores, and turns) are transmitted through Apple's Game Center servers. This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• Apple StoreKit (In-App Purchases) — If you purchase the Pro upgrade, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple. We do not collect or store payment information. Purchase verification is handled through Apple's StoreKit framework.

Local Network Multiplayer

When using local multiplayer (peer-to-peer), game data is transmitted directly between devices on your local network using Apple's Network framework. No data passes through external servers.

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect personal identifiable information beyond player names you voluntarily enter
• We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or tracking SDKs
• We do not display advertisements
• We do not collect location data, device identifiers, or usage analytics
• We do not share or sell any data to third parties

Data Storage and Retention

All app data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data. Game Center match data is managed by Apple per their data retention policies.

Children's Privacy

Triple Twenty does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Player names are stored only on-device and are not transmitted to any server (except when voluntarily used in Game Center multiplayer, which is governed by Apple's policies).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
